I found the game's story fairly easy to follow as it was set in modern Japan and mostly focused on the romantic developments between characters (or what the game preceives as romantic lol.) Plus most of storylines are fairly typical within the BL genre so it's easy to guess. I do have the advantage of being able to read/guess a lot of the kanjis since I can read Chinese, so please take that into consideration.
